Default Turkish invasions in Iraq

I see Turkey has invaded parts of Iraq, to quash Kurdish rebels, I say we bring back the 'you break it, you bought it theory", and let them have the whole country"

If only it were that simple, it would be great for the burden of Iraq to go to another country, one that is closer to their customs

I really don't understand all about Kurds and such, other than that they have been fighting for ages, and why anyone would try to intervene is beyond me

I think that is the essence of the problem, that we don't understand their culture, and instead of trying to understand, we use force to make them like us

I am really amazed, Turkey is allowed to do what they want, although the US is hated by 90% of their citizens
If Iran had done that, we would already be "visiting" them

Maybe Turkey can take over a lot of work to be done in Iraq, I don't think the US has the positive acceptance that it takes to be successful there.

I know a lot of the world is opposed to US foreign policy, but I have seen those numbers quoted, of 90% opposition to the US in Turkey

I don't blame the world for opposition to US foreign policy, it is quite embarrassing over the past 8 years
